Because we are a not-for-profit and self-supporting club, we engage in regular fund-raising activities. Shown below are two of our major efforts. We always are looking for new ways to gain community support and member ideas are welcome. It is one of the ways membership provides us with opportunities for sharing our ideas and demonstrating creativity.
Twice each year we host Bunco games, usually in the 3rd week of October and again in March. Members contribute to the games, providing the refreshments and prizes for our guests. Usually the games are held at the Windsor Grange. From 50 to 65 people participate each time and everyone has a lot of fun!
In May 2017 we held our first “spring luncheon,” including a fashion show. This was a successful new venture, which we may repeatagain in the future.
